Bridgette A. Hobart Janeczko

Bridgette A. Hobart Janeczko, CPA, MS, CITP


Bridgette received her BS in Accounting from Nazareth College of Rochester and an MS in Accounting from the State University of New York at Binghamton.

Bridgette founded Paradigm Technology Consulting (PTC) in February 1999 and has more than thirty years of professional experience in accounting, tax and technology. Throughout her career, Bridgette has combined her knowledge of accounting, business processes and technology, as well as exposure to many industries, to benefit her clients. Her diversified background has enabled her to fulfill a variety of business management and technology-related project roles. Bridgette has drawn on this background to develop PTC’s implementation, development, application integration and training methodologies. Bridgette has extensive product knowledge on a number of ERP systems, and today mainly focuses on solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics GP and select add-on products and Microsoft CRM. Additionally, Bridgette is involved with the functional specifications of PTC developed products for GP ISV solutions, Paradigm Transportation Suite and Personal Allowance Manager (PAM) for Behavior Health Service Providers. Her diversified background in business processes and applications, coupled with her technical knowledge of database structures, has been a great asset to client projects involving streamlining business processes and integrations between systems.

Bridgette has published two manuscripts for Strategic Finance focusing on the use of technology to streamline fixed asset management business processes, one of which was awarded the cover story. Additionally, Bridgette was published as co-author of an article entitled “Measuring Corporate Performance in the World of Biotech” in New Jersey Life Science Tech magazine.

She is a member of the New Jersey Society of CPAs, American Institute of CPAs, and the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA). Bridgette is also a member of the Editorial Advisory Board for Strategic Finance Magazine, West Windsor Lions Club and Nazareth College of Rochester’s Board of Trustees. In 2015 she was awarded the Nazareth School of Management Distinguished Alumni Award, West Windsor Lion of the Year and was honored with receiving the Lions International Melvin Jones Fellowship Award. In 2016 Bridgette was honored as one of the Top 25 Leading Woman Entrepreneurs in New Jersey.

Bridgette is a member of US Masters Swimming, World Open Water Swimming Association, Marathon Swimmers Federation and Channel Swimming Association. She is the Event Director for the Lake Hopatcong Open Water Swim Festival, a charity event raising funds for animal rescue groups & K9 Teams, and The Finger Lakes Sampler staged swim event, where the proceeds benefit the Nazareth Swim Team. Bridgette focuses on marathon swimming and has participated in these events to raise awareness and funds for charities focusing on health & wellness, youth programs and animal rescue groups. Bridgette has completed multiple marathon swims, including Around Key West, Tampa Bay, Ederle, Manhattan Island, Catalina Channel, Cape May NJ Circumnavigation, AZ SCAR Challenge, Rottnest Channel, English Channel, 120 mile 8 Bridges on the Hudson Staged Swim, and completed the length of all 9 swimmable NY Finger Lakes in the 2015 swim season. Upon completion of the English Channel on September 18, 2014, Bridgette became the 103rd person in the world to complete the Triple Crown of Open Water Swimming (Manhattan Island, Catalina Channel & English Channel). Bridgette was awarded the 2015 World Open Water Swimming Association Women of the Year and the 2015 Marathon Swimmers Federation Overall Performance of the Year by a Woman.

Bridgette resides in Lake Hopatcong, NJ with her husband, Bob, and many rescue pets. In addition to her career and marathon swimming, she enjoys speaking on her marathon swimming adventures and on how through visualization, positive thinking, learning from failure, team work, and embracing challenges you realize you can do just about anything for 30 minutes.

Robert Janeczko

Robert Janeczko

VP Operations

Robert received both his bachelors and masters degrees in engineering from The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD.

Prior to joining Paradigm Technology Consulting, Bob spent a number of years in Government service as a civilian employee of the Department of the Navy. He worked as an engineer and project manager at a Navy R&D facility in Annapolis, MD.

After leaving Government service, Bob continued working in the defense industry as an engineer with a shipbuilding company in New Orleans, LA. There he gained experience in a number of areas ranging from machinery design to the development of software test procedures.

Bob then accepted a position with an engineering services firm in the Washington DC area. He was tasked with establishing an office in New Jersey and was subsequently appointed Director of New Jersey Operations. Under Bob’s leadership, the New Jersey office became a large growth sector of the company. Additionally, as Director Bob developed numerous strategic business relationships and their Team was awarded a contract to develop a knowledge base system relating to the evolution of weapon systems.

Bob joined the Paradigm Team in 2001.

Jon C. Henbest


VP Technical Services

Jon holds a BS in Accounting from New York University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Jersey.

Prior to joining Paradigm Technology Consulting, Jon worked as a tax accountant for a regional public accounting firm. He then changed his career path to work in the consulting group of that accounting firm. Jon joined the Paradigm Team at inception in 1999 after working many years within a regional CPA firm with the other founding PTC team members.

He has been involved in network design, implementation and management for over twenty years. He has vast experience with various businesses and industries through both his accounting and technical consulting careers. Jon has been involved in all aspects of network planning, implementation and maintenance. His product knowledge includes but is not limited to: Microsoft Windows 2012/2008/2003/2000/NT Server; Microsoft Windows 8/7/Vista/XP/2000/NT Professional; Microsoft Windows Remote Desktop Services and Terminal Services; Microsoft Exchange 2013/2010/2007/2003/2000/5.x; Microsoft SQL Server 2014/2012/2008/2005/2000/7.0./6.5; Citrix XenApp including past versions of Metaframe Presentation Server; Novell NetWare; Novell GroupWise; Virtualization technologies including Microsoft Hyper-V , Citrix XenServer, and VMware vSphere; general Internet connectivity, routing and security; Watchguard and SonicWALL firewall and VPN products; SSL-VPN solutions; ; Fiber Channel and iSCSI SAN/NAS solutions including virtual storage solutions such as DataCore SANsymphony; virus protection solutions; Microsoft Office 365 products; Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains), Dynamics CRM, Dynamics SL (Solomon), RealWorld Expertise; RealWorld Classic; general project management.

IIn addition to being a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Microsoft Certified Database Administrator, and a DataCore Certified Implementation Engineer, Jon has extensive experience with multi-site Citrix deployments both domestic and international. Jon has worked with numerous customers to evaluate and migrate to Microsoft Office 365 and Exchange Online, and has assisted many clients with virtualization projects.

Tom joined Paradigm Technology Consulting in July 2007 with over twenty five years of experience in private industry. Prior to joining Paradigm, Tom worked as a consultant for a professional accounting firm doing business process outsourcing for a publicly held utility and private investment firm.

Tom worked for an international capital equipment company for seventeen years as a controller and corporate controller where he was responsible for internal financial reporting, cash management and the IT department. He then spent 3 years as the controller for an international paper company while managing the US operations. He spent 3 years in a startup biotech company, in the finance department and managing Dynamics GP.

Tom was the project manger on several ERP implementations for his companies with the main focus of the software being Microsoft Dynamics products. Tom’s focus at Paradigm is to utilize his extensive business experience coupled with his technology experience to supply the client with workable solutions to everyday problems.

Tom received a B.A from Gettysburg College in Business Administration and Accounting. He also has a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Eastern College.

Robert Janeczko

Greg holds a B.S. in Accounting and Computer Science from Monmouth University and is currently attending Rutgers University for an M.B.A.

Prior to joining Paradigm Technology Consultants, LLC, Greg worked as a Senior Developer for a technology consulting firm specializing in the customization of accounting information systems. There he gained experience in all areas of the software development life cycle.

After spending 6 years in consulting, Greg worked as a Senior Software Engineer for a publishing company where he was tasked with designing and developing system integrations between CRM, Billing and other ERP systems.

In addition to being a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer, Greg holds certifications in Microsoft CRM, Dexterity and SQL Server.

Greg joined the Paradigm Team in 2004.

PTC has long had a focus on the transportation industry in general and on the motorcoach, trucking, intermodal and school bus industries in particular. PTC began working with customers in trucking and intermodal some twenty years ago, became involved in the bus industry nearly ten years ago and has since focused sharply on the needs of bus operators. We have performed dozens of successful implementations of both operational and financial software for bus operators throughout the United States and Canada.
